The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Anthony Mays can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: norman gabay
Condolence: Please accept my condolences. I hope that you are able to draw comfort from the scriptures during this difficult time. God's word, the Bible, refers to death as an enemy that will soon be done away with at 1Corinthians 15verse 26. Additionially, the Bible mentions a time when all of humankind will have the privilege of reuniting with our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. Jesus words at John 5vs28and 29 assure us that this will no doubt take place. It is encouraging to know that the Almighty God not only has the power, but also desires to fulfill such Bible promises. Job 14verses14 and 15.

Again, you have my deepest sympathy.

Condolence: Uncle Tony as I sit here and think of what to say, all I can think about all the wonderful times we had together. You was always there for my mom and us no matter what, Birthday, Holidays, special occasion, or just any day you always know how brighten up our lives with your smile and laughter. I know it will never be same without you but I know that you are in better place now. I wish we could have one more spades game, one more laughter together, or one more heart to heart talk. You was more then just a Uncle to me, you were like a father, my heart is heavy because I miss you but I know that one day I will see you again. I love you Uncle Tony until we meet again!! Condolence From: Miss Donzell Ross
Condolence: Uncle Tony you came to me 12 years ago, and ask could I help you get back on your feet. And I said lord why me it only us two. But then my heart said yes. It was hard in the beginning because he always was hardheaded , but he had a heart of gold. When he came so much was going on, but I took him shopping for everything and got him a fresh cut. And he said is this all for me and I said yes, you not going out with me like that. And we laughed. We went movies, dinner, lunch, parties, concert, whatever he wanted to do. Then you got sick, but I never left your side through the dr appts, surgeries etc, I stood by you. Then you went to Va Nursing Home in a private room for your treatment. But when you were getting ready for your second round, you said I want to go in Nursing Home, so you can live your life. And I said your my life and I still stuck by you. From Nursing home in Middletown to the one on,
Silverside Road. Thanksgiving I bought you a full dinner and a pie you told me, I can leave now so you can eat in peace. We laughed. But I just want to say my heart hurts and I love you. I will miss you but God said your time is done come home my Angel. Sleep now my Uncle no more pain, just an Guardian Angel watching over us all. Wow you got to see you first Grandson, now you have a new one. So long see you again one day.
Deeply missed your Niece
