Obituary for Shamar Lindsay

Shamar Lindsay son of Ursula Anderson and Shamar El Shabazz; adopted Mother, Marcides Anthony was born on October 26, 1991 in Wilmington DE. He departed this life on May 25, 2017.

Shamar attended Glasgow High School with aspirations of continuing his education to become a Certified Fitness Trainer. He enjoyed playing and watching sports. He was looking forward to being a great father to his son.

Shamar was a very funny, loving and intelligent person. Shamar's favorite past times were working out, playing music, watching movies, spending time in the Boys and Girls Club with his cousins Tyairs Mowbray, Vernon Mowbray and Tyrone Bruton.

He also formed many lifetime friendships; he was known to many as (inch high) and had a personality that people would gravitate to. He formed an unbreakable bond with his cousins and many friends.

Shamar's family and friends will always remember him as a little person with a BIG Heart. He was such a beautiful man inside and out and he will be missed by all.

Shamar is survived by his son, Jaleel Tabron; mother, Ursula Anderson; father, Shamar el Shabazz; sisters, Kourtey Anderson and Kanesha Anderson; brothers, Hakiem Anderson and Kievis Anderson; aunt, Lakeshia Anderson (Mike); uncle, Brian (Dino) Anderson; cousins, Tyairs Mowbray, Vernon Mowbray, Patrisha Mowbray, Tyrone Bruton, Laila Anderson and best friends, Caleb Taylor and Markeda Hollingsworth.
